Hi, I’m Majid.

I work with founders, scale-ups, and ambitious teams to align strategy, ship faster, and lead better. I’ve worn many hats: product lead, coach, operator, podcast host, but the core has always been the same: turning ideas into outcomes that matter.

The Story Behind the Strategy

 

 I didn’t start with the product. I started with curiosity – about people, systems, behavior, and how things work.

My journey has taken me from hands-on functional consulting in ERP systems to building creative platforms, leading product transformations in scale-ups, and coaching product teams across three continents. From Lahore to Berlin, I’ve sat inside hypergrowth startups, bureaucratic enterprises, and everything in between.

Along the way, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about shipping features. It’s about aligning vision, empowering teams, and making decisions that create lasting impact. Every role, project, and challenge has reinforced my conviction that great products emerge from effective collaboration.
